We hereby inform all market participants and other obligated entities that the Securities Commission will be undergoing a formal relocation and preparation for operations at its new premises from 20 to 26 October 2025.As of 27 October 2025, the Commission will resume its regular operations at the new address: Zorana Žunkovića 5, Building A1.

On Thursday, 2 October 2025, the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia ceremonially marked 35 years of its existence and operation. The celebration, titled “A Legacy Shaping the Future”, was held at the White Palace and brought together numerous guests — representatives of state institutions, the financial sector, capital market participants, international organizations, as well as members of the academic community and the business sector.
