The Securities Commission informs obligated entities that, as of 1 October 2025, the new Law on the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (“Official Gazette of the RS”, Nos. 19/2025, 51/2025 and 60/2025 – corr.) will enter into application. Among other things, this Law prescribes the actions to be taken by obligated entities in cases of discrepancies in beneficial ownership data (in accordance with Article 16 of the said Law).

The Securities Commission plans to organize an examination session in 2025 for obtaining the titles of broker, investment adviser, and portfolio manager.
We invite all interested candidates to express their interest in taking the examination by sending an email to marija.milosevic@sec.gov.rs, indicating their basic personal information and specifying the title for which they are applying (broker, investment adviser, or portfolio manager).
