The Securities Commission, at the 139th session of its 10th term of office, held on 21 May 2026, adopted the Rulebook on Tied Agents, pursuant to the Capital Market Law ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", Nos. 129/2021 and 109/2025).
This Rulebook lays down in greater detail the conditions for carrying out the activities of tied agents, the procedure for registration in the Register of Tied Agents, the requirements concerning the competence and good repute of persons performing these activities, as well as the manner of maintaining the Register of Tied Agents.
The Rulebook was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 54/2026, and entered into force on 27 June 2026.
