The Securities Commission plans to organize an examination session in 2025 for obtaining the titles of broker, investment adviser, and portfolio manager.

We invite all interested candidates to express their interest in taking the examination by sending an email to marija.milosevic@sec.gov.rs, indicating their basic personal information and specifying the title for which they are applying (broker, investment adviser, or portfolio manager).

On June 19, 2025, representatives of the Securities Commission attended the event titled "The Market-Relevant Path of the Belgrade Stock Exchange", held in the Atrium of the Ministry of Finance, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia and the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

On June 6, 2025, the Securities Commission, in cooperation with the OSCE Mission to Serbia, organized a workshop at the “Zira” Hotel entitled “Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in the Context of Digital Assets.” The goal of the workshop was to further educate the Commission’s obliged entities on the challenges and opportunities in applying the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in the context of digital assets.
