The Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia has become a signatory to the international Administrative arrangement for the transfer of personal data between EEA Authorities and Non-EEA Authorities.
The Administrative Arrangement represents a cooperation mechanism enabling the lawful and secure transfer of personal data between competent authorities, in accordance with the data protection standards applied within the European Union.
By acceding to this Arrangement, the Commission further strengthens international regulatory cooperation and reaffirms its commitment to applying high standards of data protection within the framework of capital market supervision.
