Amendments to the liquidity rules for broker-dealer companies

Adoption of the new Rulebook on Chart of Accounts and Financial Statements for Broker-Dealer Companies brought about  the need to modify the present Rulebook on Liquidity of a Broker-Dealer Company. The numbers of accounts and the names of account relating to the liabilities due or maturing required for calculation of liquidity indicators have been adjusted.
The Annex to the Rulebook entitled Form 1 has also been changed. It used for daily calculation of broker-dealer’s liquidity indicators and which the reporting entities file on a monthly basis to the Commission, through the Commission’s official Electronic Submissions Gateway.

To that end, the electronic form on the Commission’s official Electronic Submissions Gateway will be also adjusted. The new form should be filed as of the January monthly report.

The Securities Commission adopted the Amendments to the Rulebook on Liquidity of a Broker-Dealer Company at its 153rd session, held on 30 December 2020.

The Amendments to the Rulebook on Liquidity of a Broker-Dealer Company were published in the (Službeni glasnik Republike Srbije /Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia/, No 5/2021).
