Personal delivery of filings no longer possible

As of 17 March 2020, the Securities Commission introduced a preventive, temporary measure to stop the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and to minimize exposure of its employees and clients to this  contagious disease, the prevention and mitigation of which has become the top priority of the Republic of Serbia.

The Securities Commission will no longer receive post and filings by personal delivery to the Commission's Document Registration Office.

As of this date the filings and documents can be submitted to the address of the Securities Commission (Komisija za hartije od vrednosti RS, Omladinskih brigada 1/VII, Novi Beograd) by postal services, or by electronic means, in the form of an electronic document  verified by a qualified electronic signature to the general email of the Securities Commission office@sec.gov.rs.

Furthermore, as of this date it is not possible to personally collect documents issued by the Commission at the Commission's Document Registration Office.
