Marko Janković, Chairman of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia, and Goran Kuprešanin, Secretary of the Commission, participated in the “Key Trends ’26” conference, held from 28 to 30 September 2026.
Chairman of the Commission Marko Janković moderated the panel “From Expectations to Adoption: New Capital Market Regulation”, dedicated to the new regulatory framework and current issues in the capital market. The panel featured Ognjen Popović, Assistant Minister of Finance; Marija Đorović, Head of Corporate Affairs at Tesla Capital; and Stanislava Petković, Executive Director of Vista Rica.
Secretary of the Commission Goran Kuprešanin participated in the panel “The Future of Factoring – New Regulation and Potential”, moderated by Vladimir Đorđević, Senior Adviser at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia. In addition to the Secretary of the Commission, the panel also featured professor Siniša Kurteš, PhD, co-owner of Finfaktoring d.o.o. Bosnia and Herzegovina and Finfaktoring d.o.o. Serbia.
The participation of the Commission’s representatives in the conference provided an opportunity to exchange views with representatives of state institutions and the financial sector on current regulatory developments and the further development of Serbia’s financial market, with particular emphasis on the capital market and the factoring sector.
