Interested candidates are hereby informed that the Securities Commission will organize an examination session in the last week of April 2026 for obtaining the titles of broker, investment adviser, and portfolio manager. Applications for taking the examination may be submitted until 15 April 2026. Candidates are required to submit, together with their application, all prescribed documentation by post or email, in order for the application to be considered timely and complete.

 

On March 11, 2026, the Securities Commission held a workshop dedicated to the preparation of several rulebooks under the Capital Market Law, led by Mr. Pierre Matek, the appointed project expert.

Considering the planned further alignment of domestic legislation with EU law in the field of financial services (Chapter 9), the Commission organized this workshop with the support of the PLAC IV project and initiated the drafting of several rulebooks to be adopted by the Commission.

 

The Chairman of the Securities Commission, Marko Janković, participated in the 33rd Kopaonik Business Forum. On the first day of the Forum, the Chairman took part as a panelist in the panel titled “Institutional and Structural Barriers to the Development of the Financial Market”, together with Ognjen Popović, Assistant Minister of Finance, Dejan Janjatović, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of NLB Komercijalna banka AD Beograd, Nenad Grujić, Head of the Legal Sector at Generali Osiguranje Srbija, and Zoran Popović, financial consultant. The panel was moderated by Nataša Petrović Tomić, PhD, Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
