At the 108 session of the IX term of office held on 29 October 2019, the Securities Commission adopted changes to the Rulebook on Fees. The Rulebook governs the fees and charges payable to the Commission in respect of the services it provides: approvals of prospectuses, issues, offering and admissions of securities, relevant licenses etc. The application of the Rulebook will commence on 1 January, 2020.
