The Republic of Serbia Securities Commission has prepared a Draft Rulebook on Capital Adequacy Reporting by Broker-Dealer Companies (in Serbian).
The Rulebook also comprises instructions for BDCs on how to calculate capital adequacy (Annex I), forms for calculating capital and capital requirements for risk to which BDCs are exposed (Annex II) and forms for BDC exposure to a person or a group of persons (Annex III).
The comments can be sent to the Securities Commission by Friday, 21 October 2016, to the following e-mail address: komentari@sec.gov.rs.
