The Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on the content, form and methods of publication of annual, half-yearly and quarterly reports of publicly-traded companies has been published in the Official Gazette of RS.
This Rulebook came into force on the eighth day from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, on 25 March 2017.
The Amendments to the Rulebook on the content, form and methods of publication of annual, half-yearly and quarterly reports of publicly traded companies contain more precise provisions on the contents of the annual, half-yearly and quarterly reports.
The amendments also had the purpose of aligning this piece of legislation with the new SEC Rulebook on the Official Register of Information.
