In December 2015, the Republic of Serbia Securities Commission adopted amendments to the rulebooks pertaining to the licensed financial market participants, stock exchange and the Central Securities Depository. The amendments are published in the Official Gazette of RS No 3/2016 dated 15. 01. 2016.
The following rulebooks have been changed: Rulebook on organizational requirements for the provision of investment services and performance of investment activities and ancillary services, Rulebook on licensing and operating requirements for market operators, Rulebook on licensing investment firms, Rulebook on reporting by the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House and Rulebook on Licensing Brokers, Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers.
